Hundreds of ISMM members and guests packed into Coventry’s Ricoh Arena for Successful Selling 2012, held on 12 October. It was an action-packed day, and has received superb feedback from delegates.
The auditorium was crammed full, with an audience attentive and involved by a superb mix of speakers with different styles, specialists in a wide range of aspects of selling. ISMM President, Eric Peacock, welcomed delegates and introduced Nadine Dereza, a familiar face from television and the official host for the event. She introduced the speakers throughout the day and adeptly summarised their sessions.
